  • More than 80% of proven recurring revenue, and more than 10% YoY Revenue growth

  • Up to $30M-$40M in annual revenues, with EBITDA margins greater than 10%

  • High ROIC, Negative net working capital, High ROTC

  • Positive and established cash flow

  • Enterprise Value (EV) of up to $30M with well-established businesses with solid foundations

  • Companies that demonstrate strong growth potential and market stability

  • Industries: Agribusiness, Services and Technology

  • Companies located in Argentina with regional business opportunity

  • Customer Base: Preferably B2B, but can be B2C with a strong track record in the industry
